Odd to see a dozen or more Italian registered camper vans in Seaton Park at the weekend.

They all had stickers with something like "Scozia in Camper".

There's a phone photo somewhere, I'll dig it out and post up later.

Anyone have any idea what it's all about?

Cheers,

Spotted 2 Italian plated older Harleys heading Southbound through Dumbarton yesterday.

I saw a convoy of around 30 Italian campers somewhere in Aberdeenshire a couple of years back, possibly the same thing?!

Not Italian but related, I saw a shed load of German registered cars (way more than I've ever seen before!) yesterday on a wee hurl down to the Border. Are we being invaded or something hehe?

When I lived in Skye a few years ago, a German classic car club used to tour the islands every summer and stay in Skye for a couple of days. They would have a wee rally in the square at Portree and had some stunningly beautiful old cars, with a surprising amount of British marques amongst them.
