m9 spur speed camera

Can anyone tell me if the speed camera on old M9 spur (now M90) going southbound after the bridge is operational when there's no speed limit displayed?
Its been a while since I've driven that road and I'm positive I went past first one without slowing down enough. It didn't flash, it was 10pm and no variable speed limits were displayed.
should I be concerned?
