Hydraulic Press - Lanarkshire

Apologies if you already know this, but to avoid you possibly getting stuck half way through...
You'll probably need a grinder or at best oxyacetelene and a couple of tyre levers to get the inner race off the stub axle of the hub. Every one I've ever pressed out has left this behind. Most don't have much of a lip to get levers behind and need ground off before the hub can be pressed in to the new bearing.
Remember to support the hub by the inside face of the bearing when you press in the hub too. I ruined my first new bearing by letting the stub axle push the inner race out the other side - doh!
