Who's going? I've never been before. I'll be parked up with the guys in the same section as the TVR guys. I know Jonny Weggie is working and will meet us there, anyone else leaving Lanarkshire in the morning? Timings and maps over here. Let me know if you are fancy joining in the convoy over. smile

I don't want to put anybody off but Erskine and the surrounding area has been smelling like an open sewer for the last few weeks. The smell as you come over the bridge really is foul.

After all the complaints the farmer has agreed to stop using it. Smell should be away by Sat.

Sorry mate, we're having our only "Homeland" race with the MG this weekend at Knockhill (they only race up here every 2nd year at best!).

I forgot about that, I hope Paul does well. Don't forget to do a report for us, loads of pictures.

Nice to meet a few people from here today at the event, whom I hadn't come across before. I had the Countach with me today and quite a few people got me near the car and chatted. There should be a feature on the event on TT with interviews with John who had the 512BB and myself about the cars.

I am the organiser of Classic Cars at Erskine (and a TVR enthusiast). I would like to thank everyone that came along yesterday to support Erskine Scotland's leading veterans charity. It was a fantastic day!

Hi David, it was good to meet you and a brilliant day all round. Great cars, friendly folk, and a good cause. Top job.
