trailer tyre rack? anyone handy with metalwork?

I'm looking for someone to build me a tyre rack for my wee trailer. This kind of idea:


I imagine anyone with basic welding skills could do the job, anyone able or know of anyone that could do this kind of thing in or around Glasgow/Lanarkshire?

yes and yes, sold it to a friend, have seen it up at Knockhill already
