1Ø to 3Ø invertor for ramp

just bought old 4 poster ramp & looking for any guidance or do's/don'ts on buying an invertor.

It needs to be a 2.2Kw, but should it be "rotary", "static" or now which seems to be the way forward "digital".

any view/guidance/recommendations greatly appreciated.
