Balancing Knock On Hub Wire Wheels in Aberdeen

Any recommendations?
Just got a new set of Blockleys for the Three Wheeler and need to get them fitted - that's easy - but also want to get them balanced by someone who actually knows what they are doing with knock on hubs.
