Hello,

I'm on a journey of discovery at the moment so please bear with me. I have two rear brake disc shields for my Cavalier Turbo that are no longer available from the supplier, the two I have are brand new and rather than just slapping them on my car I'd like to help the owners club members by have a few sets made using these two pristine ones as templates (the metal is very thing a couple of mm if anything). Does anyone know of a place that would take on this sort of task? Location isn't too much of a problem but an Aberdeen company or person would be ideal, beggars can't be choosers however so smile

They will be a pressing

Without the dies they will be a total bd to make

I doubt if the metal would be thicker the 0.5mm

James aiken would be your best bet (ask for Neil Stewart and say Dave Penny sent you his way).

As said above though, they will be pressed parts so even if they could be manufactured, the labour involved would make them expensive!

Cheers,

Dave
