Bolt in tyre

Wife called to say bolt in tyre making a noise

Anyone any idea what this is never seen one with thread like this It's next to a 10p for scale?

Where exactly dies it fit in to the wheel/tyre and is it supposed to have that bend in it?

It was in tyre right up to head!

I think these are the bolts designed to screw directly into pre drilled holes in concrete/ bricks. Will then give a fixing similar to a rawlbolt. You been in B n Q car park recently....that's where I've picked up punctures in the past. Always lots of nails ,screws etc laying about.
