Action on the A96 today

Anybody have any idea what's going on on the A96, small Blackburn roundabout? Massive police presence around 11.15am. I assume it's a car chase as there was a copper standing on the corner of a roundabout with a stinger in hand. Glad to see the police are actively doing something about it. There was at least 10-12 police cars in the area. Hope that they catch the thieving scumbags!
