as per the title really. Looking to get two tyres fitted and don't want to go to the one near me as I know they can't balance a tyre to save their life so looking for a friendly PHer to will be gentle with my 20" alloys and balance them correctly

Does it have to be national? I'm sure there'll be plenty of phers who fit tyres, and even more who can recommend a tyre joint

I actually prefer it not to be with nation tyres if I am honest but I am struggling to find this tyre model and size specifically from anywhere else at this price or even a little bit more:
