Bodyshop Edinburgh - RS Coachworks or ECS in Gyle

Has anyone got any experience with either of the bodyshops? Need a 2 bumper scuffs repaired on S4 and machine polish of the whole car. Got a quote approx £300 from RS Coachworks and so far I couldn't find any negative opinion about them. Still due to go to ECS to get a quote but I wonder if anyone can recommend one of the other?
