Car Hire Edinburgh ?

Selling the car so need something for a few days to get me about and to look at other cars.

Any recommendations ?

So far got Enterprise quoting me £60 and Arnold Shark quoting me £66.

Not fussy on what kind of car (Ka/Picanto etc are fine), just as long as its cheap and reasonably close to EH12.

Avis at Edinburgh airport are good, got a Fiat 500 from them for weekend, very nice, car was clean and tidy and good service, 50 or 60 quid i believe...

There's an avis just off Dalry Rd which might be handier for EH12?

I would suggest that you don't hire from the airport if you can help it as it will cost more as car rental companies have to pay the airport fees and also the insurance deal will not be as good. Whenever I fly in Edinburgh and need a car I always get the airport bus to The Zoo and rent from the Enterprise office there, it works out about £20 cheaper

anybody hired a car in edinburgh recently and know where i can rely on getting a fiat 500?
