Me, Mrs H & the SEAC took a drive to Classic Car show at Capesthorne Hall. When we got to the gate we were directed to the show field, rather than the punters' parking field. The guy on the gate told us to park up at the top with the rest of the American cars !!

- does Mrs H look like Daisy Duke .................. I WISH!!!!

I got this from the local kids the day I unloaded my Esprit from the trailer (taking up most of the street in the process):

"Nah, it's one of them old American cars..."

Kids, do they teach them nowt at school these days?

She would be easy to mistake to Daisy Duke if Cleatis and Roskow P. Coltrane were manning the gate

Hope you did not do any Dukes stylie jumps in the cars !

The lady in my local post office said my TR7 was lovely, i politely correcter here that it was a TVR and she said, Is that made by Triumph then..I think she believed it was not a Truimph when she heard it start...!!! Cos it made her car jump and run away. te he he
