Looked through old threads and QH FC 53 or 57 is stated for the better seal.

1. Where can I get these from(Halfords?) and 2. which is the better out of the two?

When I had to replace my cap, there were no FC57's in stock so I used a Powertrain PCRC1 which is a direct replacement. Has not leaked in the 2 years since it was installed.

I picked it up from a local motor factors.

I tried most of my local factors and they said they can't get them?

Bought a same size ordinary cap and used the seal off that and it works.

QH FC 57 is correct for the swan neck.
(Just a blanking cap - no pressure release etc.)

QH FC 53 for the header tank - normal rad cap with 15psi release.

Most 'motor factors' stock them.
