Me again with yet more queries, you'd think after 5 years of wedging I'd know most things !
Any how, just about to aeroquip the fuel hose and oil pipes on the 400 as old ones are either leaking or about to break up (seems strange as on the 350 it was the water pipes that needed replacing for the same age car)
If I remove the pipes from the oil pump to filter / cooler I assume the pump will then drain and need repriming ? Can you whip of the main coil lead and crank the engine over to get the pump primed or is it more drastic than that ?
