Where's my Spr.. oh I'm a picture this winner !

Rather that a Where my Sprint rant and moan .. I took the usual look thru sprint ..

was happy to see my ugly mug on page 34 - receiving a bottle of wine at Gang on the Green - for the most yellow shirt .. or something like that .. standing next to Duncan (NACNUD) and Karen (Surrey RO)..

then turned the page to page 36 .. and wow !!!

My picture is not only in the picture this section but it's the winner..

So - in true oscar winner style - I'd like to thank my Mum and Dad for supporting me .. my family and friend..my bank manager for allowing me the overdraught .. Luca Brazzi for the inspiration ..Austec and Mark Adams for tuning my car ....Firefox and DP 400 SE for having such beautiful cars .. I can't go on as I can't see the keyboard for tears..

It's a shame that the only time a wedge has won Picture This is when the photo is of the name badge.

Worst coloured wedge, worst condition, maddest modification, loudest exhaust note, best condition, cleanest engine bay, dirtiest engine bay, lowest oil pressure etc etc.....

I can donate a load of Wedge pages window stickers for prizes and maybe a 'prototype' wedgepages t-shirt or two.

worst condition - maybe, but only for the crazes in the body (shown up by polish)
maddest modification - do valve caps count? (there is a story behind them!)
loudest exhaust note - I'm sure there are others louder
best condition - no way!
cleanest engine bay - no way II!
dirtiest engine bay - maybe
lowest oil pressure - 1/2bar shown on gauge (has shown this for the past four or so years!).

On balance, I probably don't need to clear the mantlepiece for any trophies.
