BBWF - Add another 450SE to the list / Junction 4
Discussion
Looking forward to meeting you all on Saturday.
I have just logged on for the first time with Pistonheads!
I would like to link up with the M40 convoy at J4. I think I can guess where you wedgies will be parked - but I have been instructed by the missus to check. Please can someone let me Know?

Welcome.
This from The Rev-erend's post:
The meeting place will be M40 J4 - 4th exit signed 'Aylesbury' A4010 - at next roundabout 1st exit.
There is a big car park on the right opposite cinema / Frankie & Bennies.
Meeting time will be 9:30 - departing at 10:00.
Route is 70 miles (no motorways at all !) - time for route is 2 ~ 2.25 hrs !
Planned arrival at BBWF is just after 12 noon.
The route is great - loads of uncrowded roads, lovely small vilages (to wake up !), thatched pubs, some great roads with good corners !
CU there - Streaky

Welcome aboard sir!
Great to have another Wedge on the Southern convoy!
Directions above are good, the car park is easy to find and the entrance is about 100 yards down the hill on the right once you have gone past the cinema on your left.
If you want my mobile no in case of lateness/ lost mail me offline and I'll talk you in.
There's an Optimax fix a few hundred yards away too.

I would make it 4 if it weren't for the distance I 'd have to drive !
Have a great time and make sure there are plenty of pics posted.
Bob.
If it wasn't for the BBWF I'd rather be where you are than here, all that space and long open roads for
have fun and I'm sure there will be loads of photo's posted on Monday. redcar said:

Can you get 'roo bars for a Wedge

Actually the roads here are pretty boring as they are too straight and there's not enough traffic to overtake.
Give me a decent twisting country road or sweeping A road anyday (but without the cameras and 50% of the traffic) and don't get me started about the bus station waiting rooms they have the cheek to call pubs here.
As for a roo bar thankfully I don't need one - the exhaust does the trick of scaring them off for miles around !
