Hi,

After the BBW meeting I am trying to compile a list/register of all SEAC's. As the BBW meet managed to produce so many wedges out of the woodwork I have been tasked (thanks to streaky) in trying to sort out the list of chassis numbers of the cars at the event.

As TVRCC archivist I believe we have a reasonably good database listing the production of the wedges however we do not know for sure where all the cars are right now and so I need your help. I am starting with the most elusive and sort after wedge (with the exception of Nelly) the SEAC and if successful plan to extend the list to all wedges.

I need help from anyone with a SEAC (or has a friend who thinks he may have a wedge), please email me with your name, area (or full address if you are not shy) and plenty of details of the car including, present and former registration numbers, chassis numbers, engine number, body code, colour and any other important details on the car, preferably with your email address and telephone number, all information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and no information will be released back into the public arena without your express permission.

Please Help

Best Regards

Nice talking to you yesterday, many thanks for the infoIts good to see the Car Club taking an interest in their heritage.

I have scoured all the members cars on Piston Heads database and there are 9 420's and 5 450's listed.
I will email their PH names to you. Maybe you can email them direct.

Good luck and let me know if you need any help.

Sorry Neil, not forgotten, I have everything sitting in the office less the straight hoses which are due in any day.
How many SEACs did you get together at BBWF ?

......err , OK , there is a story to this !

Depending on who you talk to , 13 , 13.5 or may be 14!

Here is a pic , you decide , and we do have the definitive answer from Chris Schirle! ( BTW , what a guy and what a memory !)

I gather Richard sails is now putting together a SEAC register .

I understood there were 13 including FFs (as per the photo)... which means Gavs/FFs were the only ones missing from that line-up..

Having beaten the 10 that appeared in the sprint mag, how many we reckon will be there next year
sweapstake anyone?

So were any of the SEACs @ BBWF in the original photie? I'm thinking maybe only 1 (other than the obvious) but there have been a few with colour/reg no changes?
