Hi All, Looking for a replacement steering wheel for my 400SE preferably with chrome spokes and a black / dark brown rim any ideas where you can source these from? Still looking for a replacement speedo cable for the above... tried Penninsula but they have informed me that they have no access to Wedge spares now as the they have all been moved by TVR into a seperate store whilst they decide what is happening. I am also looking for a source of Cibie light covers for the 400SE as well if any one knows where!!

Thanks!

Have you tried RT Racing?

Failing that ring around some of the other dealers (H.H.C. Christopher Neils etc.) and see if they have anything on the shelf.

Speedy Cables for the Speedo Cable. I don't know why you bother trying to get hold of the original parts, it's just not worth the trouble sometimes. I don't think they will be any more expensive.

Absolutely shocking!! Probably wont affect me but it will some. If its true maybe we should flood them with emails of protest.IN RUSSIAN

Perhaps they intend to have an auto-jumble at Power and Passion

Are there any parts that are not obtainable outside TVR?

Speedy cables seem to be mentioned a lot for cables and clocks.

Hi Chris,

I got some Cibie light covers (Airport 35 Type) from www.cars.u-net.com/cibie.htm

Problem is I can't seem to make them fit as there is no room down the side of the light for the cover to slide/fit over - I know Seamus has them fitted on his car.

This particular wheel was a sample given to me by our suppliers, we sell marine steering systems.

And we can still obtain this wheel it retails at about £85.00 inc VAT but does not include the boss however this wheel fits straight onto my 400SE boss.

You simply need an allen key to fit the 6 set screws surrounding the horn button (this simply pushes into place).

If you need any further info please let me know.

PS
Any authorised Momo dealer should be able to get you one, if you would rather deal with someone local.
