mmmm

There are several options for next season

v6 cossie in the tas, a chimaera or even re-mortgage the house and build a T350 for the new tuscan championship...

but i've just spotted a damaged 390 mmmm, its in nice condition apart from missing part of the nose. i have a mould for the missing parts or i could graft a seac nose cone that i just happed to know the wereabouts off..

So the question is would it be a crime to mod a nice ( but damaged cat-c) into a racer...

it would be nice to see a proper v8 wedge racing wouldnt it...

and mmm the interior and hood could go in the spare 280i i have that needs interior and hood plus maybe the aforementioned v6 cossie

Topless taz could be the test/T/hire racer

MMMM

You could always get Richard to strap a couple of turbos to it

Ideal donor car for racing IMO, and if the engine is OK it already has the stonger bottom end.

The 520SE started out as a 390SE... even won the TVRCC Sprint Championship with it in 390 spec.

I had a very early 390 much quicker than any other 4.0L TVR, but the down side (and i think this is the case with the one you are looking at) it had trailing arm suspension, Tower View do a clever modification or even better to modify to "A" frame spec.

A 390SE is the only way to travel.

MMM hadnt thought of that, i'd assumed a 390 would be A-frame
