Always found part in hand, so to speak, to be the best bet.

I took mine to local Halfrauds /Partco and they matched one up for me, especially useful as I needed a longer one than before when changed engine and position of water pump.

If it's a v type belt try and get the replacement deep V type as they are a bit stronger than the slim V type

And don't forget to get 2 whilst you are there, have a spare then !!

If its Poly V on the original non Serp engine like mine, you have no chance at Halfords or any other motorparts place, I have tried!

V8 Developments should be able to help.

I'm not giving my money to HH.
It appears the problem has been solved (as of 8pm this evening), but I/we/he may get a spare, just incase.

Thought you might say that... Glad it's sorted..

Cheers for the help Guys, as Gaz said it has been sorted. It kept throwing the belt/twisting it during "defensive driving". Turned out the old one was slightly to narrow.
Roll on Sunday and Bruntingthorpe, and the challenge of the freshly tuned rice rocked. ( It stands no chance)

Blinding little cars!

Yep, last of the pop-up lights cars in RHD to be sold in the UK (or is that the 456?) and I reckon that one may at least give SS a run for his money in a slalom.
