TRACKING 350I

Hi,Can any body tell me what the front tracking setting is for a 1986 350i,as I have just put new track rod end on and have got to get it retracked.I can't seem to find any setting in the book and I want to make sure they set it right.

Front toe-in is 3.2MM +/- 1.5MM.
