Just got back from a blat to Levens, to get a shiney new knob :, roof panel out 80mph at 0C is bloody freezing, but it was a good run out. Anyone else been playing today, weathers lovely.

Yep, I have also just got back. Was also out yesterday. Know what you mean with the chill factor. I wimped out today and just had the targa panel off, keeping the back up. My hands are still freezing and I'm having trouble typing this .
Wedge goes really well in this weather and seems to sound even louder . I need a pair of driving gloves or would that be too naf .

Just went for a blast with my son. Great fun.
Remark: my heater works in winter, because it also works during summer!
It was standard roof down, and wake up time for Belgium.
Passed a Megane cabrio (at least with the roof down), that was trying to keep up. Of course Megane lost twice: acceleration and noise.
All like it should be.

Hi Martin

Yep went for a couple of blats with my daughter today, roof off of course.

Nice and warm with coat on but tight squeeze but would agree with the gloves comment!!! Couldnt bring myself to do it though.

Anyone going to the meet at Rose & Crown next monday?

I went for a blat today in the 450, took my boys in turn. Although the car hadn't been run for a good few weeks it did put in a good show.

Roof off of course.

Yep - out for good long long run in sunshine, hood down and side windows up to catch the solar gain effect. Heater on with blower set to half speed (so can still hear plenty of the luverly engine sound)
Sheila's leg is still in full length cast - took 20mins to get in the car soon felt at home though - made of fiberglass

Lovely cosy run out in my fixed head, but I still have the window down to drink in that beautiful snarl.

Took my daughter to school Friday morning (roof on). She asked me to put the window up!!
Brought her home Friday with the roof off, I asked her if she wanted me to put the window up!!
My humour has no effect on these kids (mid teens, best time of their lives!!)

There is a roof on option?

Mostly depends on Linda. Or rather how hard the thumps are. If I get it right she is too cold to move so no thumps. Too warm and ear ache but I put that down to the cold.

Was a little chilly yesterday, really started to notice it on the way back from the Essex meet. Roof is NOT an option unless it is absolutely pouring with rain, as some of you will have noticed on the way to BTaP

Good to see some other wedges at yesterday's meet.
