Recommended camshaft / injector flow rates

The 350i is having a stage 3 head upgrade for Christmas. Would be interested in hearing recommendations regarding camshafts.

RPi recommending the 285 from Piper...what's the general consensus on this and on other camshafts?

Also, any thoughts on whether upgrading the injectors are worth doing...or would an ultrasonic wash and brush up on the existing suffice? Current mileage is circa 75k

(Plenum now has the superflare trumpets and we've got plenty of fuel pressure)

Best to use as small an injector as possible for better atomisation- I've still got the standard grey ones in the 4.3BV, which is putting out c. 300 bhp at the flywheel. Best to get the spray pattern checked at a Lucas agent or similar, and ensure that they do not leak when closed.
