It did make me laugh to see one or two folks advertising after the article when IMHO they really don't demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for the model. However it is good to see Tower View with a piccie of several Wedges out front - great guys.
Not sure about the Steering Wheel Dave! A bit Bling!Though the Chrome bits on the dash look great as does the rest of the car.
I thought the value bit of the article was on the mark from what I've experienced.
Dave be weary of the Tuscan wheels as I've heard experiences of the tyres rubbing on the trailing link (in front of rear wheel) and the front arches. SH Pub has run these so could give advice.
Well done all involved and it was nice to see another Wedge model rather than the SEAC take centre stage (Stated as a former SEAC owner).

Thanks to all those who commented on my car. Sorry Ive not replied earlier but Ive been a bit poorly with flu for the last week or so.
Anyway a good article all in all I think, however I was a bit aggrivated with the low valuations printed for our cars.
They said, and I quote "£7000-9000 Scruffy SEACS, good 450, outstanding 400. Over £9000 Very good SEACS and 450's only"
I did alot of research before i bought my car last year so I like to think I know what you can get for your money. IMHO a very good 400 should always be above the 9k mark with very good SEAC's going for WELL over the 10k mark! What do you all think, am I being unrealistic or are thier printed valuations simply wrong????
Anyway if your interested here are the all the pictures taken for the photoshoot, including the ones they didnt use.
Appologies if they take forever to download!

Excellent photies Dave, glad I'm in the office with 100 mbps connection and not at home
Hate to say it but I think the values are relatively close to what they are worth now.. although "over £9000 for the SEAC & 450SE" is a bit vague.. (I would assume they weren't willing to put a definitive price due to rarity..) but knowing what some of the SEACs have sold for this year it isn't a million miles away..
As wedges get rarer as less of us want to sell starving the market of them
and as parts are pretty easy to source (allegedly
) they may see an upturn in value but it is unlikely to be much with the Chims & Griffs now chomping on the heals and fetching around £11K.. and before anyone says you get a dog for that I have seen some really good ones for that money - not ropey at all as you might expect... I would however be very surprised if wedge values dropped much further.. they are afterall already a fantastic bargain for what they offer..

Just read it. Thought it was a very good honest article and agree it was nice to see the 200 get a couple of mentions, they are normally forgotten.
Thought the prices for the lower end of the market looked correct not sure how easy it is to value something like a SEAC as there are so few of them about. Hopefully when a few more people read the article the prices of all the Wedges will be on the up.
