"warning" switch

My "warning" switch (yes, on the dashboard) die recently. It seems to be a regular Lucas part but on which other car (other than on a TVR 390SE) could I find the same ?

Ok, I'll try to be more precise...

The switch that is supposed to activate the 4 side repeaters at once (what I called a "warning" switch) is broken on my serie 1 390SE (it's a Lucas part), and I was just wondering where to find another one (on a Rover maybe ?)
