OK for my sins I've been volunteered to sort this out

So what do we want people? post or email me with companies/traders etc. If you know anybody personally all the better. In the spirit of BBWF there will be no charge for running a stand. But we want freebies, discount vouchers, and worthwhile raffle prizes for the privilege.

1.Polishing company - product demonstration
2.On site wheel repair and demonstration
3.Valet service
4.Upgrade specialists (you listening Tim Lamont)
5.Accessories etc.
6.
7.
8.

So if you know anybody or if your interested in promoting a service/product then let me know

It would be worth calling Simon at Leven to bring some shiney bits, roof bags, roof covers, chargers, shiney hand brake handles etc etc.

And I reckon that we should get organised on the wedge bits 'bring and buy' jumble. I got loads of bits for sale.

As suggested last year, i think there should be charges for trade stands, presentations etc. - then the fees earned can be used to pay for entertainment, or food, or a large round of drinks, or prizes, or girls for me........

The 'bring and buy' jumble sounds good to me. One half gets to clear out his garage: the other gets to keep his car going.

Sorry JJ but I disagree. The BBWF is a free event, and we want to attract traders and specialists who are enthusiasts themselves and probably won't make much in the way of big sales profits anyway. Asking them for raffle prize donations would be ok though.

I'm with Tallbloke on this one .. it's not a big event with huge profits for those who attend but it's does raise their profile, only costs time (free) and could be a new market for many.

Its gonna be hard enough as it is without chargeing people! as long as we get some freebies, raffle prizes i'm happy enough.

Definitely would like to see Tim from ACT there. Also how about seeing if we can get RT Racing and Tower View as well? I don't think that we should be charging them either. Would be good if we can sort out a second hand bring and buy section.

The second from the right must be related to Scaramanga! She's got a third nipple.

Yes - let's invite them along! I'll be happy to entertain the first one - or any one if you nominate one of the others - musn't be choosy.

I seem to remember last year there was some mention about going into the underwear business!

Carry on Wedging! We could make a film!

Could we do it like TVR used to do it in the 70's with Susan Shaw? I mean - do they have to wear something?
