I've been a bad, bad boy and managed to notch up 9pts in the last 12 months (all FP's). I know that doing 80k a year I'm likely to get caught occasionally but 2004 was a bad one. Now my insurance renewal has appeared I'm getting worried. All the online insurers that I've looked at will only let me put 2 offences in.

Anybody tried insuring their TVR with their license hanging in the balance?

Next problem is how to drive like Miss Daisy for the next 3 years.

Have you tried 'First Alternative' ?? It's the Dark side of Esure and started up to insure drivers that Esure won't touch.
I didn't want to say this......but don't points stay on your licence for 5 years now?

God knows, I hope not because that adds another 3 to the list. I know from a police point of view it's only 3 or else I'd be sitting in front of a judge pleading my case by now.

Damn I hate those mobile cameras!!

I find that a cruise contol button helps keep the points at bay. Admittedly the Wedge is deficient in this area, but an excellent accessory in the daily driver...
