400 sidelights

Hi all, does anyone know whether the bulb holders for the sidelight/indicator assembly are still available anywhere - I don't need the lens or the backing plate, just one of the bulb holders. The plastic surround is crumbling badly on one, allowing the bulb to move around too much for a constant connection.It's beyond repair really, although I've fixed it temporarily.

They are from a Peugeot 505, so they should still be available. There are two types however, and only one fits properly. Both look the same from the front, but the bulb holders are very different.
