Is that a private plate on a French registered car, or were you just lucky?

thanks guy !

Yes, The dog is an English Bull Terrier

It's not a private plate, it doesn't exist in France, you have numbers (2-4), letters (2 or 3)and the 2 last letters are the departement (the area or district) and when you move out your department, your plate change... it's chance for me exept that I asked to have it because I knew this series begin, I explain:
I change the reg of my Rover and Mini and the reg I received are like 5680 XZ 17 (17 the area), after mine, you have 5681 XZ 17 and again until 9999 XZ 17 !
After the XZ, new series is YA with beginning at 10 or 20 YA 17... I asked to the girl who make the French V5 to try to give me 400, give her my old "V5" and wait the numbers turn until 400 and she realise my dream

I hope I make me understand and sorry for my English

I understand, having lived in France and knowing how the bureaucracy works, I'd say you got lucky there.

17 is Charente-maritime (department) and the region is Poitou-Charente.
We are near La Rochelle, Angoulème (circuit des remparts)...

a very beautiful place with a very nice weather all the year!

a Wedge event in this region or an other would be great

Francois - that's not far from where my mother lives (north of Poitiers) - I took my SEAC there the other year.

Talking of French meeting - there will be a few wedges at Le Mans - meeting at Arnage corner on the Friday morning before Le Mans..

Do you fancy coming along ?

I vote we change the venue of BBWF to here!

Make sure that dog has a full driver's licence now!

Car looks good.

More seriously, I began to change the LH windows switch this morning, it's not a pleasure...
But it work now and before refit the central console, I must find a craftsman who can glue the veener panel...
