Hi,Just wondered if anybody knows if Gunston exhaust co gas and engine analysers are any good or are they a waste of money. As I'm trying to check my mixture at middle of the rev range, taken some spark plugs out and they look a light guey colour,so I wondered if a Gunston would help, thanks Ken.

French TVR assures me his is good.

He has used it a fair bit to sort out the mixture when he first got the Wedge, as the airflow meter had been messed with.

I have one of their cheaper models, and it seems to be fairly accurate against a 'real machine'

You more than welcome to borrow it if you live locally to Reading

I have one, seems to work fine. Absolute accuracy isn't the main aim, I don't think, but it's a useful tool for showing trends, response to accelerator pump etc...
