Hi,Can any body tell me what they got there Avo's set at,as I'm still trying to sort suspension out. Also so I have R.T.Racing hard springs on,seems better if I have softer damper setting on rear spring (4 clicks) and on 9 clicks on front.thanks Ken.

I have mine set harder at the front than the rear. This makes it easy to line up for a corner, and still gives a good ride. Cant remenber how many clicks, but I would start with the front half way and the rears a quarter.

Hi, I have AVO's on my 350I. I currently have them at 10 all round for road use, though I think I'll set the front a bit harder at around 15 as it dips a little too much on braking and turn in.
For the track day I'm about to do this friday I'll probably go for rear at 15 and front at 20 ish and tweak then during the event.
I once set then at 20 all round on the road and it was unbearable!
