2.8 Wedge clutch cable - Where is it from?

Hi there,
My clutch cable is starting to feel a little tight. I thought I would try to get a spare (just in case).
I've looked on my list of 'alternative parts' but it doesn't say where the 280 Tasmin cable came from. Is it a standard Granada one from Ford? Any ideas?

Reading the Wedge bible is suggests the cable is a Ford derivative modified by TVR, cos the outer operates the clutch and the inner is fixed.

I've just found something on a search which seems to suggest 2.0 Granada series 1. Anyone able to confirm?
