If you mean the A2 Gravesend Kent then the car is probably Jack Valiant on here. I believe he uses his quite a bit.

i work at victoria ind estate the blue 400 is on the next estate the 390 is nere the girls only school at dartford and the 350 is normaly driving around the centre

Yep it was me Om my way home from work and caught in the A2 jam! Ran the car to Reading and back to clean out the pipes and did'nt see a single TIV! Nice to be 'spotted'though!
