As you can see from the picture below, the tensioner on my v6 cologne is slightly bent, and it's causing the belts to throw.

Any idea who made the part or where I could get hold of another one?

I don't have a V6, however, I assume you mean the belt in view (PAS).
If so there is probably a small amount of movement in the PAS pump, there is on a V8.

Arh different question?
Again my V8 had spacers strategically placed between the block and bracket to throw (kind of tilt) the PS pump outwards to align the pump with the pulley. Could you do the same with either?
Or Is not a bracket that can be remade or just straightened?

Can you not just take the adjuster bar off and straighten it?

There were many different belt and tensioner set ups on these engines over the years but I have a vague recollection that there should be a penny washer either side of the bolt in the centre of the bar, I can't see any in your picture.
