Hmmm... possibly not the best forum to be asking this in!
Try General Gassing or similar...

Um, not quite true! I had a Jensen Healey which originally belonged to Tim (2Sheds) when he bought my 2nd 350i many, many years ago!

The Classic Car club has one, It's been "next on the list to be fixed" for about a year now.

Every time they fix something, another park goes and some of the parts have proved very hard to source.

It's not just been a money pit but a lot of time and effort.

I've booked it for next month in the hope that it really will be fixed by then.

If you want a money pit get an Alfa Montreal - Very sexy, but has tricky mechanical fuel injection, Engine rebuild circa £5000, brake disks circa £110 each! Second hand bonnet circa £2000. and retail price of ... £6000 ! h aha ha ha .

Kind of miss her though, that italian V8 was sweet..

For my sins have had a few Interceptors and an FF, the series 1s had a classic interior but old austin style king pin front suspension , series 2 had ball joint front suspension and slightly better engine, series 3 was well sorted but had "softer" engine detuned to around 280bhp (others 325-330)
email me for more info if you wish, i know where to get parts etc.

I helped my mate Ges work on one. You'll need extra hefty axle stands etc. Check the chassis tubes for rust as one is used for the brake vacuum reservoir.
Take out shares in BP or Esso.

The old Jenson factory was 10 minutes from me, I had a friend who worked there so I got to have a look around before it closed, a sad day.
