Help Please

Coolant leaking into passenger footwell having nearly give myself a hernia replacing the heater pipes its the bloody heater controlvalve which on mine 84 350i is up the side of the glove box on later models have seen it in front of bulkhead in engine bay but it looks the same job. Richard at RT Racing thinks its of a Metro anybody any wiser before i go hunting.

mtb - no idea but it does look like a pretty standard sort of part so a similar type would work - try the kit car/accessory boys on the various web sites as they will have a similar thing or go to a Rover dealer with the valve.

Thanks Tasmania.... But it aint no Metro bit or TR7 its our friendly Reliant Robin bit.
My knowledgeable Reliant guru reconised it in a jiffy no prob says he would you like new or s/hand.
This guy knows Reliants inside out and was the only person who reconised my front side/indicator lenses which are different from any other wedge ive seen being the lense is tapered and screw holes opposite not diagonal .........only used for 6 months on a model change Reliant rare as hens teeth but he found me one for £3.50 last year.
