0-100 in less than a second!

Ok the latest problem guys!
My speedo is all over the place, literally jumps up and down from 0-100 no matter what speed.
It must have something to do with me removing the walnut clock surround, a lot if pulling and hammering.

Is it goosed? Or can it be fixed?

If you have put a kink in it may be a new cable

Just had a wiggle and it feels loose, took it for a spin, and it's still not right, but it behaved differently.
So I'm guessing that's it.

Problem is getting to it. It's one thing getting your finger tips to it, another to get it tightened in properly!

Mine jumps abit.got a speedo app on my phone so use that instead.but need to look at mine one day.another job on the list
