As I recall, the length needs to match. The original strut force was 100, the bonnet may need to go to 150 but too much will result in ripped out mounting points. Also the originals were Stabilus "eltrikal" (sp). but I found you can swap the fittings and the electrical works just fine. Grady

I got mine from SGS, great bits of kit and really knowledgable lady I spoke too. Seem to remember her saying they will send you either the 100 or 150 rated struts! I went for the improved one as I have the early 350 bonnet which weighs...
