Hi, I have owned a 1982 280 S2 FHC for 14 years, having brought it as a bit of a project.
When looking through the piles of history I found the original TVR invoice which states it was on the stand at the 1982 Birmingham Road Show and also TVR's press car. After a little bit of research I have found out that it was on the stand next to another 280 with a turbo fitted. But I have never been able to find a picture.
I cant help but notice there are a few wedge experts on here and wondered if anybody knows if a picture exists.

This the car, unfortunately the car isn't the original colour bottle green.

Thanks Ian Richardson

Hi Ian,

The Tasmin Turbo you refer to is the one pictured below which belongs to Chris Tierney.

If you perhaps email him through his ph profile "taz turbo" I am sure he will be able to find you a copy or two of the original motorshow images.

Hope that helps

Cheers

Howard

Thanks for the replies chaps.

How did they get around the problem of the heat the turbo produced.

Ive noticed mine is down on power on the very rare accession's we have a day in the upper 30's and ive got twin koni fans in front of the rad.
