Many thanks Martin for your help, patience and time during the purchase.
A 380 mile trouble free ride from Cornwall to SD Autotec at Boroughbridge so that Steve can give it a 'once over' then off to the trimmers for the interior retrim. Its only took 33yrs to actually own a FHC, still, two TVR's is never enough ...... is three though?

You beat me...I only waited 30 years to own a TVR...
Well done...Now see if it will make it to Warwickshire for the biggest baddest gathering of Wedge's the world has ever seen...

First TVR was a Red 1978 3000M purchased in 1981. This was sold in 83 as part of a house move in preference to staying put and buying an 18mth old Tasmin.
Financially a good move but an itch to be scratched was left.
S series followed then Pre Cat Griff and Tuscan 1.
Kept the Griff and Tuscan and finally added the 280i Tasmin ....... all RED of course.
Too many commitments inc Griff Growl this year but will make BBWF in future.
Already paid up for The Rusty nail Run in Sept.
Pics to follow as soon as I get the car back from SD Autotec.
Car now back from SD Autotec and Trim Unique !!!
Trouble free drive from Cornwall to Boroughbridge. Steve gave car a quick once over. Goe set up, headlight (N/S) motor plus other bits.
Dislocated my knee, after a couple of weeks Steve delivered car.
Previous arrangements made with Lee Whitehead at Trim Unique honoured so car off to Trim Unique, Cleveleys, Blackpool.
Google Trim Unique for general details.
We dropped car off with Lee and after a 'consultation' left feeling a happy couple.
Regular contact with Lee, then collection on promised date after a 'windows out' full leather retrim.
Result; a very happy couple with a better than factory fresh Tasmin FHC.
Can only highly recommend TRIM UNIQUE for a first class servive.

Very spiffy! I've always like the look of a FHC - one of the first wedges I ever saw was in a car magazine (Car & Driver?) and it was a FHC. Wonder if the a/c will hold up to a summer or did you replace it? And I confidently predict you are going to need a cargo net.
No air con and I am consdering how to secure baggage after a little usage.
