Happy Easter Wedge
Discussion
Hi to all my Wedge friends.
Would just like to wish you all a happy Wedge easter, The weather today is glorious so if you can get out there in your Wedge...Put the roof down..Have the wind in your hair..(Or blowing your wig off)...With a smile on your face then please do so and remember what a joy life really is...None of us know how long we are here for or what lies around the next corner so make the most of each day that you are here, Do something good each day if you can and help to put some joy into other peoples hearts...Even if it is Wedged shaped and noisy...
Much love
Ziga

Even after nearly ten years ownership, my face still hurts from grinning.
Thanks Ziga. Easter Greetings to you and all "Wegies" After "Wesleys" disgraceful behaviour at his MOT he's having his brakes and steering sorted. This morning I've got a fat lip curtsey of a hand brake caliper falling in my face.
That is a challenging task stripping the rear brakes. Still steering sorted, the inner knuckle joint was Ford Coursaier thanks to Roger at Kiley Clinton. Today, front brakes, at least I should drop anything on my head? I see it's the usual Easter weather arriving? Cheers J C.

A couple of years ago I was rounding the A10/M11 junction roundabout in the 400SX and there was a Creme Egg sat by the side of the road in lane 2 - so I checked my mirrors - nothing coming. I slowed to a stop, opened the driver's rood and picked up the egg. It was completely undamaged. How it got there I have no idea.
As I hate Creme Eggs it has sat on my desk at work for the past few years. Now I heard they recently changed the recipe I reckon it might become an antique...

Easter stories....Mmmm...A few years back i was driving in Blackheath and there were a group of people carrying a giant mauve cross...The one carrying it looked like friar tuck..There were also two policemen on horse back at walking pace along the grass..As the group came to a stop with the cross i was slowing for the mini roundabout..I was crawling along but as i de-accelerated Delilah decided to let rip with a couple of loud pops...The crowd turned in horror and the friar nearly dropped the cross..Then the two police horses flicked their ears back and took off in a canter with two very angry policeman on their back...They finally brought the horses under control and trotted back to me with a real stern look on their face...I followed it up with.."Happy easter"...
Still makes me chuckle....
