Wheres your ECU Wedgers....??
Discussion
All three - flap. I also have a garden gate hinge on the SX, that was a later upgrade.
Yeah you might be right about the water getting in, do the fixings mean that the bolts will penetrate the inner wing?
What you could do is put in the fixings then glass again over the back of them if you can get your hand into that void...

Hi Adam.Im not 100% on that as the carpet needs to be removed to see them...As i understand it there are nuts bonded into the tub that line up with the holes on the ECU...My friend has rubber mounted his....
Ill take a pic next time i see him...

Cheers

350i in the side of the footwell covered by the carpet. 390 on the flap. Footwell seems a much better location.
Mmm...I think your 350i could of been prepared as a 400SE...Don't think there are many in that colour?...You may as well plonk a 5.0ltr HC Griff lump in there..
This is my thinking about the footwell..Its one of the areas in a Wedge that just looks un-finished to me..Im going to try something else first with the flap as the opening and closing is a crude screw..(Once upon a time i would of enjoyed that...)..There certainly is enough loom to tuck away...

Mark, my 350 is a litter different with its SEAC style 4 clock dash. The bulkhead is identical to the later 400SE including the heater plumbing. Interesting that Andy's SEAC also has the ECU in the footwell. I was interested in the SEAC advertised on the TVRCC and received a load of photos from the owner. The interior of his SEAC and my 350 are identical.
I guess anything could of happened at TVR..Would of loved to of been a fly on the wall....

Hi KeithI would love to see the pics of that SEAC's interior, to do a comparison etc. One point if I remember your dash is different to a SEAC because it has a wider central consol due to the handbrake!
