Well they say it's going to be one of the hottest September days on record so who's taken their Wedge to work today?

I took mine to work but came home at 3.00 just before it started lashing down.

I was going in the yellow wedge this morning and looked at the weather just before the off. Gave it a miss as it said chance of heavy rain aroun 16:00.

Must be the first time BBC weather App had ever had it right. Never seen a more impressive thunder storm in the UK. Coming up the M6 in a 5 Series BM was bad enough. In a Wedge full of leaks and condensation it would have been a nightmare.

Tomorrow is looking good at the minute though :-).

Well was quite surprised that despite two hours of torrential rain and thunder the Wedge was bone dry inside. Problem was the pond in the SEAC spoiler that I accidently tipped into the boot when I took the roof down to come home. Oops.

In true Number 7 style last night I went to meeting and the sun was out so I put the roof down came out of meeting and it was pitch black but not cold so I decided to the leave the roof down and it was great driving with the roof down in the dark my first time, I can only recommend it, temperature due to drop now by some 10 degrees but I am deffo going to do it next summer

Best drive I ever had in my first wedge was from midnight to 1.00am on a mid summers night roof down, cloudless sky and not a soul on the roads. Absolute magic.

Wedged Up: assume you realise that the under spoiler at the front is missing? It does help at speed.

That looks familiar. I think I test drove that at Western Alfa Romeo in Edinburgh, allegedly it was the director's car at the time. There was a cooling problem on the drive and I walked away...wish I had seen past that fixable problem and bought it,, was great in every other way.
