SEAC is alive .......
Discussion
Hi
With Glen's SEAC back on the road and hopeful Alan's will not be to far behind it.
But I am wondering how many more are there still sitting in garages, sheds and fields which need people like Glen to come along and save them.
We all know about the 660SEAC.
I know there's another 420 in the Channel Islands, which just sits in a barn-lean too!

Drives well, slightly different to the 420SE, the SEAC engine feels a bit more meaty if that makes sense, revs easily to 6k no problem at all, pulls like a train but the gears seem to last longer on the SEAC vs the 420SE (maybe different gears in box or diff)
Running temp wheels at the mo so need to sort new tyres on the old OZ split rims
All in all great to have her on the road and usable :-)

[quote=gmw9666]As you guys know my SEAC been sat in a field for years and year and yesterday the old girl passed her 1st mot since October 2001........15 years off the road!
Can't wait to pick her up later
As found below and I'll post some clean pics after she's had a good wash
Hi,
Will have a look in my garden for a SEAC and put it in a warm garage.
You should be behind bars for neglecting such a nice car.
And you are wearing gloves when touching the car.
It needs love and caring with naked skin.
Getting philosophic when seeing such a car in despair.
Hans
Any other neglected Wedge known that is in need of reanimation??
