Headlamp Replacements

One of my pods is getting stuck because the convex headlamp glass is catching on the housing.
I've adjusted the problem out for the time being but as both lenses have gone cloudy I'll need to replace them in due course. Can anyone recommend replacement units with a flat glass? I'm not looking for anything fancy eg blinding blue search lights, LED's or "angel eyes", just bog standard halogen lamps but with a flat glass.

WIPAC ones by any chance ??
I had the same problem, the top edge of the glass catches the body.
I managed to find some Lucas marked ones, which are convex like original sealed beams.
But it was a long time ago, and I can't remember where I got them....
It may have even been a kit or classic car show autojumble.....

Ad says they're flat, don't look very flat but perhaps it's a generic photo?
Year or two ago they were everywhere, on all the car shows/auto jumble trade stands, must have been a container full arrived from China

The ones I had were almost flat on front face, just slightly concave. They are fine for most headlamps.
The difference at the outer edge is quite a lot I reckon, as much as 10mm.
Problem is the wedge pods expect the outer to be dome (convex) and so not enough clearance. That photo looks like the wipac ones I had, with a really large offset at the retaining rings ...
Other solution would be to move the GRP flange backwards in the pods, but that's a lot of work...

I replaced mine a few years ago with aftermarket ones from Vehicle Wiring Products (I know, sorry, I sound like a bloody advert for them, but they have been a useful source over the years so credit where it's due... let's call it 'Name And Fame' ) - however! the lens pattern isn't brilliant, it throws the dipped pattern as two bright pools on the floor about ten feet in front of the car with not much to the sides. The high beam is great though, which is really what you need on a country lane at night.
Just for once I have my car's history file in front of me so I can tell you they cost [rummage rummage]... ah wait, I made a new lighting sub-loom at the same time so the whole lot was 80 pounds. But at least now I can see where I'm going - and the headlights don't foul anywhere.
