Looks tempting but no mention of chassis condition and we all know that a chassis can get through an MOT but need serious work before too long. If it is just the interior that needs sorting it's probably a good buy.

If it was nearer to me then i would go and have a look..As said if the chassis is okay then its not a bad price..Hopefully he would knock the £250 off..It all needs some serious TLC....

Tell you what. I'll hire a minibus and pick up Wedgers on the way sowf. A nice road trip for all. Edinburgh to York or Hull area- day one.
York or Hull to Marks manor, then of to brighton on day three. Last one standing gets the motor?
So, nobody know the motor then? I'd go to brighton for it, no sweat.

Marcus, I know it's twice the price but there's a nice looking Series 1 350 on Gumtree at the moment. It's in Hawick. If all you have to do is put a decent steering wheel on it it might even save you money in the long run.

Looks a great car..Some nice engine upgrades there..Shame they have never been to a Sausage meet considering they are only up the road from where we normally meet...

The one in Hawick was on the bay a wee while ago, i was tempted to gave a look then, might have a look this time.
The one in Brighton is a very tempting price, any more than 3k I'll have to sell the TT or the 280i. Dont really want to do that. So have to save my pennies longer.

Thing is mate the white one may be cheap but it might need loads spent on it as you don't know the condition of the chassis, The engine looks a bit tired as well but the blue 350i has had a load spent on it and has a good chassis, Engine and interior...You'll be lucky if it comes up again once sold.

Very true. Would be a great opportunity for a prospective buyer to look at the car.

Looks a cracking buy as long as the outriggers are solid...
Good honest original unmolested interior which can easily be rectified, the look of the engine means very little...
Surely 2 grand cash would buy it!
Would have taken a keen interest myself had I not already bought my winter project.
