It's official - there are now 2 wedges advertised in the classics section and not under wedges.

They must now start to go up in value for sure smile

Well i can't see what the hell difference that would make...People are always going on about the prices going up..Lets say they do..What difference is it going to make to us?...The only people who will really benefit are traders..And it will also mean that some people similar to us will not be able to afford them and look after them.

Yes more might be worth saving as they will be worth more but i can see only the larger engine cars being put in this bracket.

Also lets say you sell your car for 10K...What are you going to buy to replace it...How long will the money last and when will you ever smile again....Hopefully i will still have mine when I'm 70 and the day i cannot drive it anymore will be my time to cash in and go out in a drug induced state ravaged by horny working girls...At least i will die with a smile on my face....biggrin

It's a bit like owning property. You can't count the one you live in, because if you sell it, you'll have to buy another, so financially there is no gain. It's the same with your wedge. The only people to gain won't be the traders, as they just sell anything on for a profit. The people who will gain will be the one's who have more than one. If you want to make money, now is the time to buy all the derelict, neglected and unfinished projects for peanuts and store them. Of course then you need space, which is why most of these turn up in barns as ' barn finds'. However, you'll find that most enthusiasts won't even think of that, as their intrest is in the wellbeing of the car itself. So there you have it, it's all down to the farmers. The future of our wedges is in their hands.
