Searched previous threads on this but I can't find enough info.
Could someone on here find a photo or diagram of the assembly
I've got the pins, bushes and trailing arms but no washers etc.
Many thanks

Just done this job so can help you out.
Short end of the pub had 4 normal washers.
Long end gad three similar washers against the arm, then a large thigh spacer, probably about 4-5 ml thick with a hole that had two flat sides to sit on the shoulder of the flat area of the pin. The flat side of the bush sits against this thick washer through the hole in the chassis mount. On the thick end of the bush add another normal washer then the nut. Check the pin is not bent, as will need replacing if it is. Removing the old pin is a bh, I had to heat mine then use a big hammer. Any other Q's let me know.

There will be a photo in The Wedge Bible from memory, someone will upload it for you no doubt.

Thanks for that, I'll have to get a stack of suitable washers.
I'm still not quite sure of the purpose of the large washer with the internal flats (also missing)

The bush is compressed between that thick washer on the shoulder and the tightening nut, so it limits how much you can squeeze the bush, in other words prevents over tightening. The bushes I got from RT were a little too wide at the plate ends where the small fixings holes are, and fouled the chassis, so had to be trimmed with an angle grinder to match the shape of the old ones.

Where did you source the bush as it looks like it's encased in a steel ring ?
Ps. If you google "the wedge trailing arm" you'll find a broken down diagram of the arm and fixings.

The bush came with a box of bits with the car, the running gear wasn't on the car when I bought it.
Looks like it's been modified to stiffen it up a bit,
